Opportunities
Petals Please is successful because of our community. We partner with members of our community in various ways such as holding special events. The possibilities are unlimited, to see how you can be involved, consider some of the following opportunities.
Presentations & Demonstrations
Rotary Clubs, Garden Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, and Senior Living Communities have invited us to give a presentation on Petals Please. We share our Mission, History and Outreach while having a volunteer demonstrate the deconstruction of a large, donated piece and the creation or reimagined individual bouquets for gifting. Contact us to discuss presenting at your organization.
Group Workshops
Scouting groups, Sororities, and Church Youth Groups have come to our workshop and helped with our mission. Attendees can decorate cans, create bouquets and then can gift the floral creations.
Party with a Purpose
We have helped create events for birthdays, engagements, showers whereby guests create floral bouquets and gift them to Petals Please.
A Cup of Kindness
Volunteers from Petals Please have worked with classroom teachers in educating students on the joy of random gifts of kindness. Students create teacup and mug arrangements and choose a recipient who would be uplifted by their thoughtful gift.
Second Chance, Second Dance
Students in schools have organized events to collect bouquets at their formal school dances such as proms. Once the photos have been taken, beautiful flowers are often set aside and wilt away as you dance the night away! Imagine the joy they would bring if given a “second chance” when gifted to an elder. Call us to discuss how you can organize an event at your school and possibly fulfill Community Service requirements.

The mission of Petals Please to bring joy through a simple gift of flowers is powered by the hearts and hands of our talented and committed volunteers. They pick up donations, create beautiful bouquets, deliver to seniors and so much more. We are thrilled to welcome new volunteers Hannah, Amanda and Barb to our talented crew.
We welcome new volunteers to deliver bouquets and visit with local seniors. Please fill out a volunteer interest form at our website. We look forward to meeting you. 💐

Welcome Amanda
We honor the memories of Elias Varvarezis, Richard G. Bohs and Brenda Senter with a gift of flowers to the residents at Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Malvern. During this holy season of Passover and Easter, we extend our blessings and sincere gratitude to their families.
